Prism is a narrative intelligence suite that utilizes Artificial Intelligence (AI) to analyze public data, sentiment, and financial trends. The Service provides visualizations, summaries, and data aggregations based on user queries.
3. User Accounts and Data Privacy
To access certain features of Prism, you are required to authenticate via Google Sign-In or Email/Password.
- Data Collection: We collect your Email Address and User ID (UID) solely for the purpose of authentication and account management.
- Data Sharing: We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer your personally identifiable information to outside parties.
- Third-Party Services: We utilize trusted third-party services to operate our app:
- Google Firebase: For authentication and secure database storage.
- Google Gemini API: For processing narrative analysis queries.
- Stripe: For processing subscription payments.
4. AI and Financial Disclaimer
Not Financial Advice: Prism displays financial data (via third-party APIs like Yahoo Finance) and AI-generated sentiment analysis. This information is for educational and informational purposes only. It does not constitute financial, investment, or legal advice.
AI Accuracy: The narrative analysis is generated by Large Language Models (LLMs). While we strive for accuracy, AI models can hallucinate or produce incorrect information. Verify all critical information independently.
5. Subscriptions and Payments
Prism offers "Pro" access via monthly or lifetime subscriptions. Payments are processed securely through Stripe. By subscribing, you agree to the pricing terms presented at the time of purchase. We reserve the right to modify pricing with notice.
6. Intellectual Property
The design, code, and "Prism" branding are the intellectual property of the specialized developers maintaining this Service. You may not reverse-engineer, copy, or redistribute the source code without explicit permission.
7. Limitation of Liability
Prism and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the Service, including but not limited to financial losses based on market data displayed in the app.
